Whitney grew up in Bradenton, FL, and spent her childhood playing soccer. She was recruited to play D-1 soccer at UNF, fell in love with the city of Jacksonville and decided to make it her home. She is happily married and has a daughter and son.
After college, Whitney took up running and eventually was interested in finding something more competitive. In 2013 she began participating in CrossFit and immediately fell in love with both the community and competition aspects.
Whitney has always felt that she’s had a leadership role on and off the soccer field and believes that it easily transfers to now being a coach.
