    CrossFit is more than just exercise to me, it’s community, challenging, fun, and some times entertaining. CrossFit is something I look forward to doing, not a punishment. At first I was intimidated but only because I underestimated myself. Once I realized that I was capable too, I never looked back and neither should anyone else. You’re capable or more than you think and this is the place to learn that in.

    I do CrossFit because I was looking for a challenge that I wasn’t getting from a conventional gym. I love the community, the variation, and the ability to learn something new. There are too many benefits not to do this. Don’t be intimated by it and expect you can do everything at once. You can scale everything to meet your fitness goals and challenge yourself when your ready for something more.

  • There is always something to work towards.

    I do CrossFit because it never gets to the point where it’s not challenging, there is always something to work towards. I enjoy pushing myself to accomplish things I didn’t think I was capable of.  I would tell anyone who has never done this that it is not easy at first but when you stick with it and embrace the suck it gets better. I’m a testament that if I can come in at 250lbs not able to even squat to a medball, and get to where I am today, anyone can!

    I do CrossFit for many reasons! First, I want to look hot for big momma. I also do it because it makes me feel good and allows me to do other extracurricular activities I enjoy. If it weren’t for CrossFit I would have to carry around an oxygen tank for my COPD, doing this keeps me healthy. I would tell anyone who has never done CrossFit before to choose the right gym, it’s all about the culture and the coaches. Community is everything.

  • It feels incredible to accomplish doing something you once couldn’t.

    I do CrossFit to push myself to be in better shape. I hit a pleatau and found it hard to improve my fitness on my own so I decided to try CrossFit. I would tell anyone who has never done this before it is amazingly addicting and it feels incredible to accomplish doing something you once couldn’t.

    I do CrossFit because I get to workout with people who have become family to me. I do things in this environment that I know if I was to try and do on my own I would quit half way through. The community pushes me to be better and complete the workout even when I want to quit. I would tell anyone who has never done this to come in and do this at your own pace, your own level and know the people here will support you through it, this is a life enhancing process!
