First Responders in Jacksonville use Signal 35 to request backup. Asking for a 35 means you need some help. It may be as small as needing forms, or as large as a fight for your life. It isn’t a sign of weakness, but of partnership. At CrossFit Tailwinds, we have created a free, monthly workout for Veterans, First Responders, and those who support them that embodies this concept. Lead by Coach Jean Kleber, Police Officer, CrossFit L-1 Trainer, and Coach Chris Wessler, National Guardsman, Military/LEO Trainer, CrossFit L-2 Trainer, USAW L-1 Coach. We gather together one Sunday a month to build bonds of friendship and community, and remind one another we are never alone, in good times or bad.
The Signal 35 Workout at CrossFit Tailwinds takes place on Sundays at 10:00 am. No CrossFit experience necessary.
