Our power yoga classes are tailored to meet the needs of CrossFit athletes. Each yoga class provides a challenging vinyasa flow, combined with mobility work, stretching, core strengthening, and body-breath connection. Yoga will make you stronger in the gym—physically and mentally. Dedicating just 60 minutes a week to this practice will enhance your experience as a CrossFit athlete and improve the quality of your life. Yoga provides an opportunity to make space for self-awareness, self-reflection and authentic connection, all while working physically within the poses. Come experience the magic for yourself!
