At CrossFit Tailwinds, we use safe and efficient movements that are often found in everyday life like squatting, pressing, and lifting objects from the ground. As a result, our classes focus on technique and mastering these foundational movements in a safe and fun environment. Our classes are appropriate for anyone with a great attitude and the desire to make a positive change in their health and fitness. This means our classes benefit athletes who have been training for years, as well as people who would be reluctant to even call themselves athletes.
